The changing face of real estate advertising

In his real estate blog 1000wattblog.com, Davison discusses how the real estate advertisements  have not evolved over the years and are bandly in need of re-branding and change is something which real estate needs.

In a reaction to his article, the author of Future of Real Estate Marketing says:

Real estate ads have become so generic they?re forgettable. Same boring messages. Same boring situations.

I totally believe this is true and people need to take upon themselves to bring in the change.

What is needed is better understanding of consumers and coming up with creative ideas on pushing things through.
