Festival deals from property developers

Diwali and Navaratra festivals are attracting lot of deals from several property builders across India.

Some deals being offered in Mumbai:

Mantri group and Nirmal Lifestyles are offering a waiver on stamp duty and registration fee of the property (around 4% of the total property value).
Runwal Group and Akruit Nirman are offering special rates and incentives like shopping vouchers, lucky draws etc.
Royal Palms is offering a buyback of flats three years later at the ten market price. This “property buyback offer”, gives every buyer 100% of the cost paid for the property after three years of purchase but buyer has to sign the contract at the time of purchase itself.

Some other deals:

SVP group is giving 2% discount from Dussera to Diwali.
Eros group is offering 21% discount if customers book their projects on down payment.
Raheja Developers are offering property at Rs 2,275 per sq. ft (down Rs 100) in Manesar.
Mapsko is offering 10% discount plus surprise gift in Sonepat.
TDI and Omaxe are giving gold coins.
BPTP in Faridabad, Vashishte in Indirapuram and Ansal Buildwell in Gurgaon are offering special incentives.
Samaiah Builders in Greater Noida are offering lot of extras within an affordable budget.

So if you have been planning on buying a house or investing in property, this may be a very good time.
