According to CB Richard Ellis’ half yearly survey on global rents, Mumbai is ranked second in the world (after London’s West End) in terms of cost of office.

Why mumbai should not be expensive this is our financial capital and all the major financial activity happen here so this is not a surprise.
It is due to the facilities and business environment available at mumbai.
