Sobha Drops Prices Further

With the recent 8% slash of prices by Sobha Developers not giving them much gain and DLF dhowing the way with 30% price cut for its Bannerghatta properties, Sobha has further slashed prices!

Yes some of the Sobha properties are now selling at prices 22% lower than what they were 3 months ago. A 2 bedroom, 1200 sq. ft. apartment in Sobha Sunscape now costs Rs. 38 lakh which includes everything (including a car park).

It seems the DLF price cut has generated good response and Sobha is positioning itself for that.

    Real estate prices cannt fall further as they are already down over 20% in metros. Now supply of new projects has already gone down as banks have stopepd lending. So prices will now stablise. Great time to be buying realestate in india through AbodesIndia
